Rocca di Papa takes its name from a charming little village in the Alban Hills, just outside Rome, where one of our founders spent many happy years. Since opening in 2008, we’ve been all about bringing the warm, laid-back vibes of a family-run trattoria to our little corner of the world.
We’re proud to be an independent, family-and-friends owned restaurant. Our co-owner Moris, affectionately known to everyone as “Uncle Moris”, is often found right here in the restaurants, sharing stories and lending a hand in the kitchen – he is the lasagna master after all!
Our pizza, breads, pasta, and sauces are all made fresh in-house, thanks to the expert guidance of our Executive Chef Francesco. Our menu is made of Italian classics, alongside a few modern twists we think you’ll love.
The secret to great Italian food? For us it’s simple: start with the best ingredients, make everything fresh, and serve it up in a cozy, friendly space where you can gather with loved ones.
